We request that you pay for the
class at the time of registration. Our classroom space is limited
so registration is not guaranteed without payment.
Class fees generally do not include supplies unless noted in the class description. A materials list where applicable will be available at the time of registration. We are happy to help with any questions you may have about the necessary materials. Many of our classes require us to special order supplies, so please register no later than three weeks before the class so that we can be sure to have all the supplies you need.
If you must cancel, you may do so with a full refund up to two weeks before the class. If you must cancel after the two weeks deadline, we will issue a shop credit for merchandise or another class. Our teachers work hard and incurr expense for their class preparation, so any cancellation or "no show" after 48 hours before the class will result in forfeiture of the entire class fee. We must have a minimum of four students for a class. If we must cancel for low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a shop credit. In the case of severe weather, we will reschedule the class. If you cannot attend the rescheduled session you will receive a full refund.
If you are interested in a class, please ask us even if the deadline has passed. Even if the class is full, a spot may open up and we will notify you immediately. Please feel free to make suggestions to us for future classes. Or if you have a special technique you would like to share with other quilters, please volunteer. We would love to schedule mini-demos. Quilting is all about learning from each other!
All participants should be familiar with the basic operation of their sewing machines. Our teachers cannot take time from other students to teach basic sewing skills. Please arrive for class 15 minutes early for set up time. We will supply tables, chairs, ironing boards and irons. For all day workshops, a light lunch will be provided or you may bring your own.
